Terms of Service 

1. Services I Offer

  • Therapy: For clients physically located in Ontario at the time of our session.

  • Coaching: Available worldwide. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, counselling, or medical care.

2. Rates & Payment

  • Therapy: $185 for 45 minutes, $120 for 30 minutes

  • Coaching: $350/month for four 30-minute sessions

  • Payment is due before or at the time of each session (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged according to my cancellation policy

3. Your Part in the Process

  • Come prepared and on time for your sessions

  • For virtual sessions, choose a private space where you feel comfortable speaking openly

4. About Results

While I’ll give you my full support and best professional guidance, everyone’s journey is different and specific outcomes can’t be guaranteed.

5. Materials & Resources

Any handouts, tools, or resources I share are for your personal use only and may not be copied or distributed without my permission.

6. Limits of Liability

I am not responsible for damages or losses that may result from using this website or my services, except where required by law.
