Do You Feel Like Something Has Been Off Lately?
You may be in a season where life feels heavier than usual. On the surface, you’re “doing fine,” but underneath, you’ve been carrying more than you let on. You’re going through the motions – checking the boxes of daily life while quietly battling internal struggles that make each day feel like an uphill climb. If this resonates, know that change is possible and you don’t have to go at it alone.
While navigating life’s challenges can be overwhelming, the right support can help you feel more grounded, clear, and prepared for what’s ahead. Therapy is your space to press pause, recharge, and work through what’s been weighing you down, so that you can finally start feeling like yourself again. Here are the main areas we can focus on in our work together.
Areas of Support

What To Expect When Working Together
Our work together will always be shaped by your goals, priorities, and pace. We’ll have a clear direction while leaving space for whatever life brings up along the way. We’ll explore practical tools and coping skills, while keeping our conversations relatable, real, and rooted in genuine connection and care. And as you move forward, we’ll celebrate your progress, acknowledging your growth as you move toward brighter days.
Logistics and Fees
In the early stages of therapy, starting with weekly sessions for the first 1–2 months helps you settle in, establish a steady rhythm, and experience the benefits of consistent support. As you begin to feel better, we often move to biweekly sessions or shorter 30-minute check-ins, depending on what works best for you. Our sessions are always adapted to your needs, so you’ll have the option to continue with ongoing support – together we’ll tailor the pace to what feels right for you.
